🍕 Pizza Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp instant yeast

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • ¾ cup warm water

For the topping:

  • ½ cup pizza sauce (tomato-based)

  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)

  • Sliced vegetables (onion, capsicum, olives, mushrooms)

  • Cooked chicken, pepperoni, or sausage (optional)

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • ½ tsp chili flakes


Method:

  1. Prepare the dough: In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add warm water and olive oil. Knead until smooth. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.

  2. Preheat oven: 220°C (425°F).

  3. Shape dough: Roll the dough into a round pizza base. Place on a greased baking tray.

  4. Add sauce & toppings: Spread pizza sauce, sprinkle cheese, add vegetables/meat, and finish with more cheese.

  5. Bake: 12–15 minutes until golden brown and cheese melts.

  6. Serve hot with chili flakes and oregano.
