🍕 Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp instant yeast

1 tsp sugar
-
½ tsp salt
-
2 tbsp olive oil
-
¾ cup warm water
For the topping:

½ cup pizza sauce (tomato-based)
-
1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Sliced vegetables (onion, capsicum, olives, mushrooms)

Cooked chicken, pepperoni, or sausage (optional)

1 tsp oregano
-
½ tsp chili flakes
Method:

Prepare the dough: In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add warm water and olive oil. Knead until smooth. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.

Preheat oven: 220°C (425°F).

Shape dough: Roll the dough into a round pizza base. Place on a greased baking tray.

Add sauce & toppings: Spread pizza sauce, sprinkle cheese, add vegetables/meat, and finish with more cheese.

Bake: 12–15 minutes until golden brown and cheese melts.

Serve hot with chili flakes and oregano.
