Here’s a simple and delicious pasta recipe you can make in under 30 minutes:

🍝 Creamy Garlic Parmesan Pasta


Ingredients (2 servings)


200g (7 oz) pasta (spaghetti, fettuccine, or penne)


2 tbsp olive oil or butter


4 garlic cloves, minced


1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half for lighter)


1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese


½ cup pasta cooking water (reserved)


Salt & black pepper, to taste


Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)



Instructions


1. Cook pasta

Boil salted water, cook pasta until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.

2. Make the sauce

In a large pan, heat olive oil/butter over medium heat.

3. Creamy base


Pour in heavy cream, bring to a gentle simmer.


Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.




4. Combine


Add cooked pasta into the sauce.


Add a splash of reserved pasta water until the sauce coats pasta beautifully.



5. Season & serve


Add salt and black pepper to taste.


Top with parsley and extra Parmesan.
