Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1/2 cup peas
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 green onions, sliced for garnish

Instructions:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and chopped onion, sauté until fragrant.
- Add the diced carrot and peas, stir-fry for 2 minutes until tender.
- Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and pour in the beaten eggs, scrambling them until cooked.
- Add the cooked rice to the pan, mixing everything together.
- Pour in the soy sauce and sweet soy sauce, stirring well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and cook for another minute.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
