Ingredients:
- 1 cup basmati rice
- 200g chicken breast, diced
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup biryani masala
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped mint leaves
- Salt to taste
- 2 cups water

Instructions:
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for another minute.
- Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Mix in yogurt and biryani masala, cooking for 2-3 minutes.
- Add rinsed basmati rice and water, season with salt, and bring to a boil.
- Cover and reduce heat to low, cooking for 10 minutes or until rice is tender.
- Remove from heat and let it sit covered for 5 minutes.
- Fluff the biryani with a fork and garnish with chopped cilantro and mint before serving.
